Hamburger patty with a little toasted onion powder

Shirataki Carbonara, YUM!

Snacks:

Pork rinds with cream cheese and Herbert D. Focken's Sweetened Jalapeno Bites, from 500 More Low-Carb Recipes.

Beverages:
Tea
Sparkling water
Dry red wine (this is getting boring, isn't it?)

Totals: 1965 Calories; 115g Fat; 126g Protein; 29g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber

Those sweetened jalapenos sound strange, but they're awfully good, at least if you love hot stuff as much as I do. I've usually eaten them on low carb fiber crackers, but they won't fit into my current restrictive phase, so I went with the rinds, and they were great. In fact, I think I'll go have some right now.
