Curried chicken Waldorf salad

Snack:
Sugar free dark chocolate
1/2 cup yogurt with a tablespoon or so of Fiber One

Dinner:
Corned beef
Cabbage
Turnips

Beverages:
Tea
Dry red wine
Light beer (imperative with the corned beef and cabbage!)
