Took 'Em Long Enough

Hey, at least it didn't take them until everyone who had advocated a low fat diet was dead. Four experts at an American Dietetic Association conference have expressed concern that diets low in fat and high in carbohydrates may cause heart disease.

They're still blaming saturated fats and pushing unsaturates, and they're still suggesting there is some sort of difference between starches and sugars, but this is a big step in the right direction.
